Quarantine Dream
Print / Typography / Layout

During the 2020 lockdown, out of sheer boredom, I picked up my polaroid and started taking pictures of random things in my apartment. After letting these photos sit in a box for a few years, I created a zine with my favorites, including poetry and some writing about my reflections on the time.

I chose a color palette and rainbow spine that subtly echos Polaroid's branding. Additionally, I designed a logo with a whimsical "dream" quality, remaining faithful to Polaroid's distinctive style.

What emerged was a project that helped me reflect on the early days of the pandemic. An ominous nod to the instant photo and it’s saving grace in a period of uncertainty.
